The Cause
Being stressed physically, mentally & or emotionally over a continuous period of time our mind/body can become tired & exhausted hence, energetically & nutritionally depleted. Anxieties can arise. The Outcome
Reiki sessions: Are of a one hour duration. held in-person in centre. In a relaxed/calm treatment room. Consultation taken beforehand. Reiki provided as you lay on treatment plinth (fully clothed) with hands/off/on guided work. post treatment briefing is discussed with client re: experience of, after care & recommendations.
