When we carry too much stress in ourselves in our day to day and ignore it, it builds up one layer at a time over the other; becoming compacted. Constant looping thoughts should haves/would haves/could haves – to, I need this, I want that, I must be here, I must go there. Constant worries, criticism, judgements, often towards self too. External /internal irritations, the list goes on. This can build up over short periods of time, weeks, or months to even years. Till a time comes were you just feel “burnt-out.” Mentally, physically & emotionally fatigued -energetically spent!

By not addressing & acknowledging this, we have given too much of ourselves & our energies to others, to circumstances, to parts of ourselves that no longer serve us. With little or no recuperation, we can become nutritionally imbalanced, physically unwell, apathetic, anxious, distant. We lose our centre.

Reiki provides a haven – A non-judgmental, supportive & calming environment - allowing your body to rest & relax into this healing space. The Reiki energy’s healing frequency along with the body’s innate healing intelligence – during the session, aids in the letting go & release of tensions/stresses where they are most needed. Related issues & the roots of, can be brought up for acknowledgement, healing & release within this. * This often leads to a feeling of relief during & after the Reiki healing. leaving the client feeling lighter in the body, Softer in their expression, uplifted in the mood, and calmer in the emotion. Bringing you back into your own energy, grounding, peace & clarity.
